Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Forméla ("the Service"), operated by Donia Talaalachte, Amsterdam, Netherlands. By using Forméla you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Forméla is an AI-powered market intelligence tool that generates product opportunity reports based on user-provided niche inputs. Reports are generated using large language models and are intended as research assistance — not financial or business advice.

2. Account & Access

• You must be 18 or older to use Forméla
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• One account per person; no reselling access to others
• Free reports are limited to 2 per email address

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Pay-per-report: €4.99 per report, charged at time of generation
• Monthly subscription: €19/month, billed on the same date each month
• All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms
• Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated digital content, reports are non-refundable once generated. If you experience a technical failure that prevents report delivery, contact us within 48 hours at support@formela-app.com for a credit or replacement report. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Forméla for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
• Resell or redistribute reports commercially without permission
• Abuse the free report limit by creating multiple accounts
• Use automated tools to generate excessive reports

6. Intellectual Property

The Forméla platform, branding, and interface are owned by Donia Talaalachte. Reports generated by the Service are owned by you, the user. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reports generated by Forméla are based on AI analysis and publicly available market signals. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or commercial success of any report. Use reports as one input among many in your decision-making process.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Forméla is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business losses, lost profits, or decisions made based on report content. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or platform notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
